The Military Ministry is designed for families and singles to fellowship with like-minded believers. We encourage military service members and their families to grow in Christ while at the Lighthouse, and share what they have learned in their travels serving God and Country. We provide transportation from most military bases and have monthly fellowships to help keep up moral. We also provide care packages for deployed service members if you give us their FPO.
For the last 3 years we have had a Beach Bonfire, and living in CA, it has not been in the same place twice!
We have also participated in a God and Country Sunday, where we honored veterans and members of our armed forces.
We have monthly fellowships with some of our activities including:
Cosmic Bowling (Combined) All families and singles bowled for and had great time of fun and laughter.
Ceramic Café (Ladies) Who does not like to paint ceramics?
Steak Cook Off (Men) What man does not like to cook a good steak on the grill?
Fall Family Festival (Combined) We had a huge turkey dinner, stuffed some scarecrows, and of course pumpkin pie.
Scrap Booking Night (Ladies) We made deployment calendars for our loved ones.
Batting Cages (Men) Enough said!
All our Ladies and Men’s events have nursery provided for up to age 12.
